Leptis Magna is a city founded by the Romans on the coast of Libya. It was also known as the Rome of Africa because of its size and grandeur. This documentary reveals the splendour of its temples, theatres, agoras, streets, sculptures etc. It also covers, more generally, Africa during Roman times, offering Greek audiences rare pictures never seen before.
