There was an Ancient Greek Capri, that dwells more in the imagination than in what remains on the island today. Then there was the Capri of Ancient Rome, capital of the empire in Tiberian times. Time passed, the Empire had long since fallen, when churches, chapels and convents began to appear on Capri. This documentary takes a new revealing look at ancient and medieval Capri.
